Accrediting your course with CPD-Verified is straightforward and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Submit your application

Complete the online application form and pay the initial fee of £149 (courses up to 100 hours) or £249 (courses up to 180 hours).
Provide supporting documentation, such as course materials, trainer qualifications, and assessment details.

Step 2: Initial Evaluation

Our team of experienced educators will review your application against our objective criteria.
Once given full course access or full course documentation, the evaluation process typically takes 7-12 working days, depending on the course duration.

Step 3: Feedback and Approval

If your application meets our standards, you’ll receive an approval notice. Pay the final fee of £150 or £250, and you’ll receive your certificate of accreditation and access to the CPD-Verified badge.

Step 4: Improvement

If your application needs improvement, we’ll provide clear feedback and give you a second chance to meet the criteria.

Step 5: Maintain Standards

Once accredited, you’ll pay an annual renewal fee of £299 or £499 to maintain your status. This fee may be increased at most by 10% per annum.

Step 6: Re-accreditation

Providers are re-accredited every two years to ensure continued compliance with our standards. This process is less intensive than the original audit.

Pricing for Course Accreditation

Our fees are designed to keep accreditation affordable and accessible for organisations of all sizes:

Initial Fee

£149 (up to 100-hour course length) or £249 (up to 180-hour course length): 50% refundable if unsuccessful and feedback is provided to help you ‘succeed next round’.

Final Fee

£150 or £250 upon approval (see applicable course lengths above).

Annual Renewal Fee

£299 (up to 100-hour) or £499 (up to 180-hour) to maintain your accredited status.

Fees are reviewed every two years and may only increase by up to 10% to account for inflation.

Discount for Accredited Providers:
If your organisation is already accredited as a provider, you’ll receive a £49 discount on course accreditation fees (or vice-versa).

Refund Policy:
If your course is not approved, 50% of the upfront fee will be refunded.
